What happens if it rains?

During your tour, we’ll walk you through exactly how this works so you can plan with confidence, not crossed fingers.

Will someone be there to help on wedding day?

We are not a full-service, fully staffed venue. We do recommend professional planners and coordinators who will ensure your day runs smoothly.

Is this a DIY venue?

No. While couples have flexibility with vendors and design, the space itself is intentionally set up to work. No need to worry about reworking the flow.

Do we have to use certain vendors?

We will recommend exceptional vendors, but you are welcome to use other vendors

Will guests be comfortable?

Yes — this is something we take seriously. Parking, flow between spaces, and access to restrooms are all planned so guests aren’t confused or wandering. We’ll walk through this with you during your tour.

Why aren’t tables included?
Rather than offering a single table style that may not align with every wedding vision, we’ve chosen to keep our space flexible and intentionally designed. This allows couples to select seating that complements their aesthetic while still receiving layout guidance and trusted rental recommendations

Is this venue right for everyone?

No — and that’s intentional. Bansen Farms is best for couples who value privacy, flexibility, and a calm experience. If you want a large, fully staffed ballroom or highly scripted package, this likely won’t be the right fit.​
