What happens if it rains?

During your tour, we’ll walk you through exactly how this works so you can plan with confidence, not crossed fingers.

Will someone be there to help on wedding day?

We are not a full-service, fully staffed venue. We do recommend professional planners and coordinators who will ensure your day runs smoothly.

Is this a DIY venue?

No. While couples have flexibility with vendors and design,we do require a planner.

Are we limited to certain vendors?

We will recommend exceptional vendors, but you are welcome to use other vendors with our approval​

Furnishings included
We offer forty 8' folding tables and 100 wooden crossback chairs. However, you are welcome to rent different furnishings from a local vendor that meet your aesthetic.

Is this venue right for everyone?

No — and that’s intentional. Bansen Farms is best for couples who value privacy, flexibility, and a calm experience. ​
